I am referring to the street lights that are on the public footpath that runs alongside the Pastures Sports Centre.<br/>None of these street lights work, and they haven't for a long time.<br/>This means that it is completely pitch black when walking along this footpath after it gets dark (which occurs very early at this time of year).<br/>This makes it extremely dangerous, as you cannot see who is coming towards you, and sometimes, anti social behaviour occurs on this footpath.
