On University Road just before the university's Maurice Shock Building, vegetation is growing from the Welford Road Cemetery and overhanging and encroaching onto the pavement on University Road. Overhanging branches are sagging further down in recent rain, there is a large bush growing over the pavement making access restricted, especially where the very large puddle forms in the road when it rains, making it impossible to avoid being significantly soaked by cars. He came last week to fix it but unfortunately it still doesn't work. Didn't even light up on the first night after the so called repair. I am reporting fly tipping which is happening on the cross over between St Leonards Road and Montague in the car park where the bins are stored. At the moment there is a suitcase (which is very heavy) which has been there for a few weeks, there are some folding chairs and also a huge roll of bubble wrap has arrived today. It all makes the area look a mess. The expectation is that the refuse people will take it away when they empty the bins which they obviously will not as it is not normal household rubbish. -95A St Leonards Rd, Leicester, UK
