On University Road just before the university&#39;s Maurice Shock Building, vegetation is growing from the Welford Road Cemetery and overhanging and encroaching onto the pavement on University Road. Overhanging branches are sagging further down in recent rain, there is a large bush growing over the pavement making access restricted, especially where the very large puddle forms in the road when it rains, making it impossible to avoid being significantly soaked by cars.
