UPPERTON ROAD - Grey litter bag blown over on the road from the pile of bags to be collected by the council. Can they be picked up as soon as possible before they get crushed by the traffic and resulting with litter flying all over the road and causing disruption/accidents. It’s creating an unpleasant environment and hygiene concern for residents. Could you please arrange for a clean up and also be grateful if this area could be monitored more regularly.
