Leaves are covering the whole of the evington footpath and it is now very slippy and dangerous to walk down. There is also lots of litter which never seems to be cleared - can this be a regular spot for clearing as it makes it difficult for public use -31D, Abingdon Road, Leicester, LE2 1HA

I am referring to the street lights that are on the public footpath that runs alongside the Pastures Sports Centre. None of these street lights work, and they haven't for a long time. This means that it is completely pitch black when walking along this footpath after it gets dark (which occurs very early at this time of year). This makes it extremely dangerous, as you cannot see who is coming towards you, and sometimes, anti social behaviour occurs on this footpath. -Pastures Sports Centre, St. Margaret's Way, Leicester, UK
