The footpath along King Richards Road situated behind Daneshill Road (from Fosse Road to Hinckley Road), needs clearing/cleaning of all fallen/dead leaves. Also, bushes are overgrown making it dangerous for the pedestrian especially during the dark hours. I am referring to the street lights that are on the public footpath that runs alongside the Pastures Sports Centre. None of these street lights work, and they haven't for a long time. This means that it is completely pitch black when walking along this footpath after it gets dark (which occurs very early at this time of year). This makes it extremely dangerous, as you cannot see who is coming towards you, and sometimes, anti social behaviour occurs on this footpath. -Pastures Sports Centre, St. Margaret's Way, Leicester, UK
