Leicester - Humberstone & Hamilton Ward

Description

Blue Ford has been abandoned for at least 4 months. Previously reported, but car was not removed and label on windscreen has been torn off. Car is in a really poor condition (mould on inside, scratches on the outside) and has not moved. It has tax, but not MOT. Car is half-blocking the pavement making it impossible to get a buggy past fully on the pavement.

More evidence for Western Boulevard and the lady parked on double yellows did so just to get stuff from the shop and leave a can on the road. Doesn't matter if they carefully place it upright... it's still litter and I doubt snacks warrant double yellows...right?-35R, Western Boulevard, Leicester, LE2 7HN
