Somewhere near 84 there is a strong "calor gas smell"/propane smell from what i assume are outdoor heaters, it has been constant every night now of winter/cold day, i think there may be a leak or they are not maintaining them correctly. There is not another category to put this under. If it is strong for me several houses down it must be a nightmare for their next door neighbors at night. If this is not a council/safety issue I am sorry for wasting your time.-84 Blakesley Walk, Leicester, LE4 0QL

I am support worker and visited My vulnerable client that he show me and I have concerns it maybe hazard material or building waste as maybe risk assessment high. Someone dumped his communal bin store by other building or somewhere. I try call but hopeless. Resident risk as not touch any bags as maybe asbestos or sharp objects - some cctv at ground floor level. I am a Priest of the Church of Resurrection, Leicester. With pain I would like to report that neighbors are throwing garbage at the edge of the Church. I myself clean it and picked up their garbage and put them in our dustbin on 20th December, 2025 and again on 25th December on Christmas Day. I went to the church this evening and found people have thrown garbage again.
