This section of pedestrian zone has become a cruising strip for drivers and is a very dangerous place for pedestrians and people on bicycles. The road traffic signs make it clear that driving and parking motor vehicles is illegal on this section of Granby Street between 9am and 5am (Sat) and 11am and 5am (Sun-Fri). This photo was taken at about 11pm.-118A, Granby Street, Leicester, LE1 1DL

As far as we are aware this property is owned by Leicester City Council the whole property has been empty for over five years and in this time there has never been any maintenance or upkeep completed. The garden is completely overgrown into 110 and 106 Narborough Road. Because of this we are now experiencing a Pest Control issue. This needs to be cut back as a matter of urgency.
