Overflowing bins and rubbish in front of gates all up the middle of the street. Dumped household rubbish loose not in bags on pavement. Rubbish from flats being emptied just thrown out. The issue with the street lights were report on 15th February 2025. The report was closed off as complete. The issue still stands. 5 or 6 street lights are not working and have not been now for almost a week. The street lights are on Preston rise/Kelham Lane. The whole area is absolutely dark at night and residents are concerned about the safety in the area. can you please investigate and arrange for the lights to be switched on. At the back of the fencing business but on public land, bordering the slip road from St Margaret’s Way to Ravensbridge by the dwarf wall built of blue bricks. Months of litter built up now becoming a hotspot for discarded items. Frequently ignored by street cleansing. Needs a one off tidy to deter members of the public adding to the existing waste.-Abbey Park
