The car park behind Selby avenue had some fences fixed some time ago. The council fixed this fence & all the old fence, the bags the concrete for the fence posts etc they dumped in the car park not taking any of the rubbish away with them. They have been paid for this work so why have they not left it as they found it? Why do they think it is ok to dump all this rubbish in the car park so others see it & add to it? It was also done months ago so its not a case of they are coming back for it. It needs clearing & they need to come & take this away as it was part of the original job that they would have a job reference for & would have been paid for
