I have reported this already but was unsure if it was sent? There has been a bed and a baby toy dumped on the island on Ellesmere rd. it has been there for a couple of weeks. Also the empty house next door to me, no 40 has a large amount of rubbish in the front garden. Bags have been ripped open and rubbish is blowing around creating a litter problem.
