This car is once again parking on a public footpath blocking 🚫 access for my disabled 94year old mother to pass in her wheelchair from her abode directly opposite where this car is parked. Leicester City Council, I am writing to report an abandoned blue bin that has been left at the corner of Central Road and Balfour Street (near my address at 8 Central Road, LE3 5EA). The bin has been there for over 4 weeks. Since it was left there, it has attracted further dumping and is causing inconvenience to me and my neighbours.
