The grey bin is overflowing with rubbish of all kinds and is almost on the pavement. It hasn’t been emptied or picked up for quite a few weeks. It’s disgusting and a lot of the litter from the bin blows around all over ending up in my front garden, under parked cars and on parking bays. It would be appreciated if the landlord can arrange to clear it up as soon as possible before the vermin/rats takeover.
