I am reporting a dangerous uneven pavement defect outside Chadrasons on 252 melton road, Leicester.

The paving slabs at this location are uneven, creating a clear trip hazard for pedestrians.

On 24/2/26 a 74-year-old pedestrian tripped on the uneven paving at this spot and fell forward, sustaining injuries that required attendance at Accident & Emergency.

The defect appears longstanding and presents a particular risk to older or vulnerable pedestrians.
