I am reporting persistent littering on the public pavement at 1 Ingle Street, Leicester LE3 9FS. On a daily basis the pavement is covered with cigarette butts, sunflower seed shells, food packaging including aluminium trays, and other general rubbish. I have attached photos taken today as evidence. This is directly next to a school route, used by children and pedestrians, and it is a health and safety concern. The area is constantly dirty. The rubbish is left on the public footpath outside the properties. I would be grateful if a City Warden could investigate, arrange a clean-up, and consider regular-1 Ingle Street, Leicester LE3 9FS, UK
