Another weekend and already issues. Reported multiple times yet zero monitoring or police review. Between the temple and car dealer next door, single handily create traffic and issues for road users & pedestrians. Most dealer cars on grass verges and yellow line are untaxed and not being used for test drive! (Cleared trade plate loopholes) sort it pls! Has the temple some sort of special exemption? Corner of Upperton Rd+Browning St.
This dark grey BMW parked dangerously and illegally on double yellow line. Has not moved since last night. It has been parking in that space for the past 3nights till mid morning. But today it has not moved. Now it is causing extreme havoc and chaos on the very busy Upperton Road and an accident waiting to happen. I saw quite a few near misses today.
This car has been parked in that space many many times in the past. Why this person chooses to park ignorantly-50 Upperton Road, Leicester, LE3 0HB

Continuous illegal parking on the corner of Upperton Road+Browning Street.
Giving him a parking ticket on the past doesn’t seem to resolve the problem.
Not sure if he is resident in this area. It has been noticed that a blue badge has been misused in the past and occasionally has taken up residents parking without a permit.

Outside Upperton Rd+corner of Browning Street. Yet AGAIN this person has started to park on the double yellow lines and on a corner and obstructing traffic and creating blind spot for traffic from Browning Street. It causes havoc and chaos at peak times for the traffic on a very busy road. And it puts residents cars at risk from accidents by passing traffic.
