it's that time of the year again we require the chopping back of all foliage from around the little park both harrington street side and martin street side as the drinkers are back in car loads and you cannot see them if they are hidden behind a bush, the litter wombles hve done a great job this morning removing all boxes and cans but to help us and the police to moniter this promblem we do need this to happen.- Harrington Street, Leicester, LE4 6ET

Every day the bins next the canal are overflowing and this results in the litter being thrown on the pavement and grass next to the flats and houses. The wind then scatters the litter and contents everywhere. It’s an eyesore and hazard. Those benches need removing as people congregate there, smoking weed and drinking.
