This picture taken outside Cottage 7 High Street, Evington (not 9) shows that the previous oil slick I reported has got worse, because van number VN09ZP continues to park here or on Main Street and his van is leaking oil. He tells me he will get it fixed. However that doesn’t appear to be happening and on 2nd July at 7.24pm a learner driver turned into this road that leads to Arbor House and the car park for flat residents ,and to avoid hitting the dustbin (left in the street 24/7 and previous-Flat 1, 9 High Street, Evington, Leicester, LE5 6FH
