There is an overgrown tree and shrub on the corner of Shaftesbury Avenue and Melton Road and there is none visibility if turnining right onto Melton Road from Shaftesbury Avenue. The road is very busy and an accident is unavoidable if the tree is not lopped soon.-96A, Melton Road, Leicester, LE4 5EB

there so many weeds in the footpaths and sides of the walls and footpaths .. it took me 30 mins to pull a small area today and if it's saying sprayed 3 times a year then july was not sprayed as it does say april july and september -4 Kilworth Drive, Leicester, LE5 5QB

07/08/2026 00:49 We are pleased to confirm that Leicester’s citywide weed treatment programme has now been completed, with Abbey, Western and Belgrave wards the final areas treated in late July. A further treatment programme will begin in September. Residents should start to see signs of weed die-back within 7 to 12 days, depending on weather conditions and vegetation type. Thank you for your patience while this work has been carried out. Our teams will continue to monitor treated areas and undertake any necessary follow-up work to help keep Leicester’s streets and public spaces clean and well maintained.

The entirety of Spinney hill park is covered with litter this is just a snap shot of it in the child’s play area which had broken glass all over the floor

Something needs to be done the park is filthy and the new bins aren’t even being used still litter everywhere and even next to the bins

They also need to be emptied more frequently especially in the summer holidays. Something needs to be put in place -Thyme, The Pavilion, Spinney Hill Park, East Park Road, Leicester, LE5 5DN

The Street light at the corner or Briar Road on the Nursery road junction has been dead for months and no one has come to replace/fix it. This large branch still growing through the pavement. Raised months ago to get removed, all the council did was put tarmac around it. Then new job code 5667125 on 23rd June and they have put white spray around it, still nothing has been done to it?-31 Hawarden Avenue, Leicester, UK
