There is an area of grass next to the pavement where vehicles are continuously parking. Over time, this has caused significant damage, creating a large hole that has exposed the piping of my house. As it stands, this is not only a safety hazard but also a risk of a burst pipe, which could lead to substantial damage to my property and potentially to the vehicles parked in the area. I would like to request that this issue be investigated and addressed as soon as possible. The damage continues to worsen as cars are still regularly parked in this area, and the exposed piping could burst at any time. Additionally, my neighbor, who is disabled and uses a wheelchair, has reported this issue multiple times. She faces great difficulty accessing her home due to the damage caused by the parked cars. This is further exacerbating the situation and needs immediate attention for her safety and mobility.
