Fly-tipping of various waste materials has occurred in a public alley near my home, with items including black bags, wood, and debris scattered across the path. The alley gate has also been damaged, posing a security risk as it allows potential access to gardens and properties. I use this route to work everyday as I work at the Hospital. There is a constant disregard to replace the bins after they have been emptied. I have reported this issue numerous times over the past couple of years but nothing changes. YOU have the power to resolve this issue almost immediately, not by putting a sticker on the bin requesting they take it in, but by fining the landlord/homeowner…it’s a menace to pedestrians & the bins end up overflowing or dragged across pavements.-221 Aylestone Road, Leicester, LE2 7QJ
