Speed bumps are an absolute must on Freeman road North. Its a serious hazard as drivers are driving down it extremely fast whilst there is also a blind spot for cars coming out of saltersford road and especially for pedestrians crossing to go into Humberstone park. The area is becoming increasingly busy and is only likely to get busier over the summer with the park. Many cars park inside the park and children will be going to the park. SPEED BUMPS ARE AN ABSOLUTE MUST. I live in the area and I'm seeing many drivers coming from uppingham road driving down freeman road North extremely fast. Its only a matter of time before there is a serious collision with another car or pedestrian. Please do the right thing Leicester city council!-Freeman Road North, Rowlatts Hill, Leicester, UK
