I am reporting fly tipping which is happening on the cross over between St Leonards Road and Montague in the car park where the bins are stored. At the moment there is a suitcase (which is very heavy) which has been there for a few weeks, there are some folding chairs and also a huge roll of bubble wrap has arrived today. It all makes the area look a mess.
