I know budgets are tight, but are there any plans to improve the accessible toilets in Leicester parks?

The photo attached was taken at Western Park. I had to cover the seat with toilet paper (which I then bagged up and put in a litter bin) before my sister could sit on the old, dirty, wooden seat.

I have had to stop taking my sister to the parks in the city due to the awful state and lack of facilities in the accessible toilets.

The map won't let me mark the spot on Scudamore road outside Oadby plastics the repaired strip of road repair is already sinking in. It is the one right across the road, only repaired back in spring and already causing massive problems to drive over it on the left hand side going up Scudamore road.
