Dead badger been there all week now and already previously reported by others. It is now decaying and smells offensive. Teenagers are prodding and poking it As a health visitor this is detrimental to the health and welfare of people and other animals and the environment not to mention the total disrespect of this animal!! It is through the bridge towards newton gardens very close to the fence of the railway track-45 Cheviot Road, Leicester, LE2 6RG
