Urine, blood, faeces on the stairs. This is a daily occurrence . We cannot walk out of our house without stepping on human excrement . This is having a detrimental impact on our emotional and mental health. We have been ignored for years by the council. As for the housing officer, if they exist, they have never once in the 15 years we have lived here stepped foot on this estate-75A, Heyford Road, Leicester, LE3 1SS
