Upperton Road between Nos 99-97 outside the garage. Council grey bags full of litter from street+pavement were left in a pile to be picked up. It wasn’t an appropriate place where they were left. Bag was crushed by a van and now the litter is all spread out. It needs clearing up urgently or as soon as possible please before it causes more mess. And all the rest of the bags picked up as well. Maybe in future the workmen can place the bags in a place where they don’t get in the way of the publi-50 Upperton Road, Leicester, LE3 0HB
