Keeps leaving his car literally blocking the pavement. He has a driveway. Around 9pm every night he puts his car on the drive then around 5am 5.30am he gets his car of the drive and puts it outside blocking the pavement. Now when he goes out he puts his bin on the pavement -LE4 7TS
