There is a bush that is growing and getting increasingly bigger year on year. It is growing on land that does not belong to me ( I live at 8 Wintergreen Close) and my neighbour (at 37 Celandine Road) has told me it isn’t his property either. On that basis the land must belong to the Council? This bush needs to be trimmed and maintained or removed as it has grown to a point that it is a safety hazard and is encroaching the adjacent pavement-37 Celandine Road, Leicester, LE5 1SW

Report of Persistent Littering and Obstruction – 53 New Parks Boulevard, LE3 9PU

Hi,

I would like to report an ongoing issue outside **53 New Parks Boulevard, LE3 9PU**.

This has been happening for quite some time. Children regularly gather outside the property and leave large amounts of rubbish scattered across the pavement and road. They also leave discarded frames and other items in the middle of the road, creating an obstruction and a potential hazard for motorists and pedestrians.

The rubbish is often blown along the main street, ending up outside other residents' homes and affecting the cleanliness of the neighbourhood. The items left on the pavement also make it difficult for disabled people, wheelchair users, and those with pushchairs to pass safely.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and appropriate action taken to prevent it from continuing.
