I have previously been told that major works are "on the plan" but no indication has been given as to which financial year these repairs will be made. Isnt even in a road worthy condition with no front left wheel on and being on bricks (which are illegally on public land and causing damage to the footway) This van is obstructing the legal passage of pedestrians and the dropped kerb for pedestrians crossing.
