I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a van that is repeatedly parking on the pavement on by 28 market place le1 5gf .This has been happening daily for extended periods. Despite my previous phone reports, no effective action has been taken. The driver moves the vehicle temporarily when traffic wardens arrive, only to return and continue parking illegally for the rest of the day. This pattern has been ongoing for some time. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a van that is repeatedly parking on the pavement on by 28 market place le1 5gf .This has been happening daily for extended periods.
