at the rear of my council bungalow ,is a street light lamppost the number 3 in black on a yellow background sticker.is at the rear of my bungalow
which is very dark at night time, I'm registered disabled, and I'm too scared now at night time to put my dustbin out for collection on a Friday morning,
I sent a email some weeks ago as this STREET LIGHT IS NOT LIT UP. it does not work. I had this put up some years ago via Liz Kendal's office,
for the reason its too dark around this area, and now we are getting youths coming around here again as its dark.
