Rubbish thrown outside overflowing bin near the fast food takeaway restaurants based on the junction at Coral Street and Loughborough Road. It appears that the restaurant owners are not providing the bins for the public to throw the rubbish causing the small council bin situated at the corner getting overfilled and rubbish placed around the bin on the pavement. This is creating nuisance for the public particularly when the birds, rats, mice etc. feed on it and creating complete mess in the streets. Something needs to be done about this as this is a frequent problem every day.
