A different street, same issues. This time the white van was going to the shop and the black car was just sat there guy playing on his phone while he waited for someone I think from the student block. He then turned across the road and went the opposite way-Spar Unit 2, Liberty Park, 101 Raw Dykes Road, Leicester, LE2 7GW
