Previous fly-tipping left by builders next door. That was removed. Immediately afterwards more fly-tipping happened - I think its the neighbours but I can't prove it. Glass doors with broken glass, mattresses. A full blue bin. Builders waste. Everyday more is being added to the pile. It's dangerous.
