This bin has been full to overflowing for weeks, to the extent that people are now beginning to fly tip next to it. Rubbish is being left on a planted flowerbed, damaging the plants. The business operating from the premises with the main shutter shown in the attached photo repeatedly discharges a chemical or milk-like liquid directly onto the public pavement and road. This creates persistent foul odours, unsanitary conditions, and potential health risks. The smell is constant and unbearable, preventing residents from opening windows or safely passing the area.
