Description

I have seen this Orange Peugeot Car Reg. No. LS61 XHF parked outside 78 Rosedale Road on the Pavement completely blocking the whole pavement since last few days and the way it has been parked, there is no room for pedestrians to walk, therefore pedestrian has to step on the main road which is a two way round with a bend, which is a blind spot for drivers coming round the corner, car is parked in a hazardous way blocking the whole pavement and it is dangerous for vulnerable pedestrians to step on road including disabled people on the wheel chair, as you have to step on the main road, please see the attached the photo

The driver of this vehicle parked on double yellow lines, blocking traffic, just to pop into the vape shop for vape accessories. He wasn’t unloading goods or doing anything essential — just treating the road like his personal parking spot. This kind of selfish behaviour needs regular enforcement.-209A, Evington Road, Leicester, LE2 1QN
