I have seen this Orange Peugeot Car Reg. No. LS61 XHF parked outside 78 Rosedale Road on the Pavement completely blocking the whole pavement since last few days and the way it has been parked, there is no room for pedestrians to walk, therefore pedestrian has to step on the main road which is a two way round with a bend, which is a blind spot for drivers coming round the corner, car is parked in a hazardous way blocking the whole pavement and it is dangerous for vulnerable pedestrians to step on road including disabled people on the wheel chair, as you have to step on the main road, please see the attached the photo-78 Rosedale Avenue Leicester LE4 7AU

Parked dangerously on a road corner where kids play and cross to the park right next door. Van parked here daily causing a major blind spot when turning in or out and near miss with pedestrians crossing especially small kids at the park. Owner at number Saxthorpe Road.
