I have seen this Orange Peugeot Car Reg. No. LS61 XHF parked outside 78 Rosedale Road on the Pavement completely blocking the whole pavement since last few days and the way it has been parked, there is no room for pedestrians to walk, therefore pedestrian has to step on the main road which is a two way round with a bend, which is a blind spot for drivers coming round the corner, car is parked in a hazardous way blocking the whole pavement and it is dangerous for vulnerable pedestrians to step on road including disabled people on the wheel chair, as you have to step on the main road, please see the attached the photo-78 Rosedale Avenue Leicester LE4 7AU

Practically everyday someone is walking g around this area, walking their dog and the dog is fouling, but they are not cleaning it. I have the footage on cctv camera. But the males face is not visible. The perpetratorneeds to be caught and fined. Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to report that the overgrown bushes and tree opposite my home have still not been cleared. I previously reported this issue on 21/05/2026. I then received an email on 27/05/2026 stating that the report had been closed. However, no work has been carried out. The bushes and tree remain overgrown, and the area has not been cleaned or trimmed. This is causing a health and safety concern for my family. The vehicle is parked in front of my driveway on a drop Curve and is also blocking Access into the park so that delivery vans cannot access the park.
