Rubbish and bins have been fly tipped for around 3weeks now and it's getting worse. It's absolutely disgusting. This area is always a target for rubbish being dumped for years. What can be done to stop thus constantly happening moving forward. Putting a sticker around the rubbish saying it is illegal makes no difference. Neither does it make a difference putting labels on bins saying they can be fned if not taken back in as the bins are constantly left out blocking the pavements!-4 Constance Road, Leicester, LE5 5DB

This was reported 40 days ago and still not been done ! What about I don’t pay my council tax because your service is shocking and don’t try and say it’s because of the utility company coming out as we’ve been in touch with them as they had been to it at least 2/3 weeks ago and are now saying they are waiting on you -7 Falconer Crescent, Leicester, LE3 6QS
