Bramble is overgrowing from what I believe is council owners site from the car park behind my garden between the fence.

It is damaging my cat fencing and dropping brambles onto my garden which poses a risk to my cats. I have cut myself multiple times trying to cut back these brambles. It is very invasive. -3 Forbes Cl, Glenfield, Leicester, UK
