A chest of drawers and glass panels were left on the pavement over a month ago. We have given the owner the benefit of doubt in case they were going to dispose of the items but after a month it seems the they have no intention of doing this. Fence to my parents property has fallen for forward broken the gate therefore back garden is not secure. Never hard to take the bin out and had to physically put the fence back to get out.
