Spinney hill park is a absolute trash never is clean always has rubbish everywhere drunken old men sitting everywhere they dump alcohol cans and bottles everywhere they do drugs leave drugs hiding creeps fill the parks no sense of security you don't feel safe allowing children to go to the park and you also don't feel safe yourself as a woman I don't feel safe the council don't do anything. The park is left open at night people come sit yell and listen to loud music. The water is full of trash.
