Vehicle regularly parked directly in front of my private driveway access, blocking the dropped kerb/H-bar marking at Prestwold Road. This obstructs my ability to enter/exit my own driveway. The H marking is applied to this property specifically. A Leicestershire traffic warden has previously confirmed this is my private vehicle access and issued a penalty notice to a vehicle parked here for the same reason. Blocking almost all of the pavement. Cannot get past if using a pushchair, wheelchair or walking stick. Can see to the left that the house has a drive which they refuse to use for some reason. We had previously requested for it to be treated but it’s not going over our shed and into our house extension and creating mould inside the house.
