As far as we are aware this property is owned by Leicester City Council the whole property has been empty for over five years and in this time there has never been any maintenance or upkeep completed. The garden is completely overgrown into 110 and 106 Narborough Road. Because of this we are now experiencing a Pest Control issue. This roundabout has many faded lines which can cause difficulty for particularly new / elder drivers in the area. I have witnessed so many cases of people going over the line because they simply can’t see their lanes.
