This is a pressurized cylinder containing compressed gas—it is a hazardous material that poses a genuine safety risk to the public, not just general litter. Electrical cable boxing has come away from the property of 1 Colton Street, LE1 1QH, where it meets with 3, Colton Street. Large section of metal boxing with 4 electrical cables attached to it. Currently blocking part of pavement. Unknown whether cables are still live. This presents as pavement obstruction, risk of collision and potential electrical safety risk.
