The speed bumps on the road are not placed in adequate locations. A speed bump needs relocating to the start of the road to avoid speeding drivers down the road as I had gotten into an accident exiting my driveway and due to the blindspot and speeding driver there was a collision to my vehicle. Description

The speed bumps on the road are not placed in adequate locations. Suns out and bins out again at 170 Kimberley Road. With the weather hotting up, what better way to spend your day than putting your filthy bin on the road to obstruct other residents and passing traffic. This bin belongs to number 1 Welland and is permanently left out on the street along with any recycling bags they use , despite there being an alley next to the house. The problem with it is it attracts further rubbish (you can see a suitcase and someone dumped clothes in the bin) it then overflows causing litter all over the street, partially because the bin has no lid.
