My previous report has been marked as complete. It is not. Parking notices along St Albans Road, Hamilton Street, Connaught Street, and Churchill Street, are sprayed with black paint. The footpath is all unstable and rocky, i walk my dog and have tripped a few times on them now. Lucky i didn’t fall over. It seems to have happened from all the builder vehicle and equipment from no.55 having recently been renovated.
