Isnt even in a road worthy condition with no front left wheel on and being on bricks (which are illegally on public land and causing damage to the footway) This van is obstructing the legal passage of pedestrians and the dropped kerb for pedestrians crossing. This is an ongoing issue with a boundary collapsed and now completely covering a shared path which has a shared responsibility with the council. This must be cleared immediately due to this being a fire exit and access for neighbouring properties. The shrubs has stinging nettles, thorns and other dangerous bushes.
