These edges and shrubs have been taking over the pavment for years. Specially at school start and finish times there's not enough space for students and other commuters to pass by each other. The alleyway is used by 2 streets to take the bins our through the back and is getting very hard now with bushes and trees growing in the alleyway as well as rubbish and litter. There are spikes on the branches and now struggling to take bins out. The alley way us used by Burnaby Avenue and Mount Avenue. Please could this be cleaned up. This is a repeat offender. Constantly parking here blocking the gates AND the pavement. Today it's impassable for anyone in a chair or with a pram etc it also makes it impossible forndelivery trucks to make the turn in and that's a terrifying thought for fire engines needing access. Signs are present saying don't park but they ignore it.
