Traffic cones illegally placed on public highway/road to prevent people from parking on the road on a daily basis. Believe the person lives in a council flat where the cones have been placed outside and is preventing other people from parking on road so he can save the parking place outside his council flat for his car. I run a manufacturing business on Storey Street and we need 24/7 safe access for cars, vans and lorries. Vehicles are illegally parking daily in a restricted zone and on the corner by a major road, creating a serious safety risk and obstructing access. This long standing issue is causing operational disruption and makes turning in/out onto Woodgate hazardous. A large articulated lorry was parked partially on the pavement and very close to the junction, causing a significant obstruction. The vehicle is oversized for the residential road and restricts visibility for drivers exiting the junction. Resident permit holder on Rydal Street. We are struggling to find parking spaces at night. Many non-permit vehicles park here after 9pm and leave before morning (around 7am). During the day there are empty spaces, and enforcement usually comes only between 11am–1pm. Because of this, permitted residents cannot park.
