Selected Report
Near 32 Myrtle Road, Leicester LE2 1FT, UK
Leicester - Stoneygate Ward
Description
The garden is covered with dense vegetation, including brambles and weeds, and contains a significant amount of accumulated waste, discarded materials, and old furniture. The lack of maintenance has created conditions that HAVE attracted rodents, particularly rats and mice, which have made their way into our house.

The attached photographs also show a container of stagnant standing water (circled in red) that has been left uncovered for an extended period. This has helped mosquitoes and other insects to become quite predominant.

The overall condition of the property is unsanitary and appears to be deteriorating further over time. In addition to the risk of vermin and insect breeding, the excessive overgrowth and accumulation of waste are affecting the surrounding environment and causing concern for neighbouring residents.
