There are over 50 black bags of rubbish which are clearly from a large Eid celebration that have been dumped on victoria road east on the left hand side after the factories and before the junction of Fairfax road. I hope this is investigated as it is clearly from a local mosque. Outside 113 there is black gunk which has been reported long while ago. There is also rubbish, I've been out this morning. The payment somewhat not even and the black gunk is being swept up by the cleaners. Areas like market Harborough there are cleaners 24 7 cleaning the pavements and it it very clean.
