The occupants of no devon way do not have a driveway, so they park there cars outside on the road. 2 cars. They pull the passenger side right up against the hedge row and completely cover the pavement making it impassable on that side of the road and completely blocking the pavement off like they own it and it is part of their land. This little street is one of the main routes through into the Rowlands hill estate. People in wheelchairs and prams have to walk in the road to pass.-4 Devon Way, Leicester, LE5 4TA

Illegal dangerous parking on Start of coral street outside restaurants . Illegal pavement parking restricting access to wheelchair users and pushchairs who have to cross using busy main road to get to safe crossing point .
