Leicester - Knighton Ward

I have raised the issue of one street lamp over and over again for the past year and it’s not being fixed. Now another light isn’t working. This prolonged lack of maintenance leaves significant portions of our street in total darkness. It presents a clear safety risk to pedestrians walking at night increasing the likelihood of trips and falls and undermines basic neighborhood crime prevention. Allowing known maintenance issues to languish for over twelve months is unacceptable for community. -8 Dovedale Road, Leicester, LE2 2DJ
